Missing a purchase?

Check that Google Play is using the account that made the purchase. Open Store → Offers → Restore Purchases in Krazy Spike.

Permanent 2x + No Ads can be restored. Orb packs already delivered and consumed are not issued again by Restore Purchases.

Keep your progress safe

Your game progress is saved on this device. Krazy Spike does not currently offer a player account or cloud-save restoration.

Clearing app data or uninstalling can remove your progress and orb balance. Try restarting the game or contacting support first.

Report a problem

Email your phone model, Android version, game version and the steps that caused the problem. A screenshot is useful when it shows the issue.

For purchase problems, include the Google Play order number if available. Never send passwords, payment-card details or verification codes.

Refunds and orb balances

Refund requests follow Google Play’s process and applicable policies. When an orb pack is refunded, its delivered orbs are removed once. If already spent, the balance may become negative; new orbs pay it down. Purchased upgrades and progress are kept.
