The game is intended for teens and adults aged 13 and over. It is not intended for children under 13. If you believe information about a child has been provided to us, contact us.
Information on your device
The game stores progress, records, upgrades, cosmetics, settings and purchase-delivery records locally. It does not currently provide a player login or cloud-save account. Your complete game save is not uploaded to our refund service.
Ads and privacy choices
Krazy Spike uses Google AdMob for advertising. Advertising information may be shared with Google and the ad partners identified in Google’s consent tools and privacy policies. Google’s advertising software can process network addresses, device or advertising identifiers, ad interactions and technical diagnostics to serve and measure ads and reduce fraud. The data processed depends on the software version, configuration and your privacy choices. IP addresses may be used to estimate general location. Krazy Spike does not request precise location for advertising. Choosing non-personalized ads does not mean that no technical information is processed.
The consent-enabled version of the game checks Google’s privacy requirements before loading ads and presents any required privacy message. In Settings, Privacy Policy opens this page; Ad Privacy appears when Google requires a control for revisiting your choices. The game does not treat a purchase or your intended age group as advertising consent. Older internal test builds may not contain these controls. Production ads remain disabled while this integration is being tested; internal builds may show Google test ads.

Purchases and refunded orders
Google Play processes purchases and payment information. The game uses purchase records to deliver orb packs, restore permanent benefits and prevent duplicate delivery. We do not receive your payment-card details from the game.
Our refund checker processes Google Play refund records and stores hashed purchase-token references with refund timing. Your game sends receipt hashes to the checker so it can reconcile refunded orbs. The checker does not store raw purchase tokens or full game saves. Hosting services may also process network addresses and technical request logs for operation and security.
Support, external links and retention
If you email us, we receive the information you choose to send and use it to respond and investigate the issue. Social and store links open services operated by other providers, whose own privacy practices apply.
Local game data remains on your device until removed. Delivered-purchase and refund records are retained to prevent duplicate grants or deductions and maintain correct balances. Support correspondence and technical logs are kept as needed for support, security and applicable obligations; we review whether the information is still needed when handling support and deletion requests. The refund ledger has no automatic expiry: its limited purchase-reference records are retained to prevent old refunded orders from being granted again. Google controls the retention of information it processes for its own services.
Your requests and choices
Contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion of information held by Krazy Games. We may need limited information to identify the relevant records. Some transaction or security records may need to be retained where necessary or required.
Removing local app data can erase progress and does not cancel purchases or automatically delete records held by Google or other providers. Ask us for help before doing this. Google manages requests concerning its own account, payment and advertising records.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. Contact us to make a request. Withdrawing advertising consent does not undo processing that already occurred. We respond subject to applicable law and may retain records needed for transaction integrity, security or legal obligations.
Our services use Google infrastructure, including refund records hosted in the United States. Google and linked services may process information in other countries under their own policies.
